Austin learned business from the ground up in his family's 40-year document storage company—from working on the warehouse floor to leading a transformation that grew revenue by over 50% and tripled cash flow before a successful sale. After sharpening his investment skills at a family office, he attended Columbia Business School and discovered acquisition entrepreneurship as the perfect way to get back to hands-on operations.
A New Jersey native now living in NYC with his girlfriend Tali (a medical student), Austin is a former hockey player who channels his energy into hiking, skiing, and reading. Recent book recommendations: Project Hail Mary, Material World, and Starter Villain.

An acquisition entrepreneur is a hands-on operator who partners with business owners seeking a thoughtful succession plan. We acquire established businesses to take over as the full-time operator, preserving what you've built while driving continued growth. Unlike traditional buyers focused on financial returns, we bring both operational expertise and patient capital to become your company's next generation of leadership.
Find One Company to Lead
We focus all our energy and resources on acquiring and then operating one privately held business that aligns with our expertise, structured in a transaction that fits your transition goals.
Bring Proven Capital & Expertise
Backed primarily by active/former CEOs of successful companies, we combine patient capital with hard-won operational knowledge from leaders who've built and scaled businesses themselves—giving us the resources to execute transactions from $10M to $100M+.
Invest in Your Team's Success
Your people are our priority and will be instrumental in the company's next phase of growth. We invest in training, mentorship, and clear career paths so the team can thrive and drive continued success alongside us.
Expand Your Legacy
We will preserve the culture, customer relationships, and community ties you've built through decades of hard work, then add fresh ideas and resources to power sustainable growth for years to come.
